Policies

In today’s retail market, we believe honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we provide the best customer experience for our loyal customers. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

**Payment Schedule**

- A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your date and services. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Please note that 50% of the estimated cost is non-refundable.

 

- An interim payment of 35% is due 6 months prior to the wedding/event date.

​

- The final payment, covering the remaining balance, must be received no later than 3 months before the wedding/event date.

 

**Accepted Forms of Payment**

 

- We accept the following forms of payment:  

  • Bank Transfers

  • Credit/Debit Cards

- Please note that credit/debit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

 

**Additional Charges**

- Any additional services or products requested beyond the original agreement will be billed separately and are due upon receipt of the invoice. Unless otherwise determine by D'Lux Designs N Decor.

- Any changes to the agreed services that incur additional costs must be approved by the client in writing, and additional payment may be required at the time of the change. Please note that the contract and invoice agreed upon can only be added to and no item can be removed.

 **Cancellations**
ï‚· Cancellations less than 5 months prior to the event’s date will equate to 70% of the total non-refundable.
ï‚· Cancellations less than 2 month prior to the event’s date will equate to 90% of the total non-refundable.
ï‚· The client is responsible for verifying that D’Lux Designs N Decor has received their cancellation letter.


If a cancelled date/service is successfully re-booked, all fees will be refunded, LESS the non-refundable 50%. Clients
can re-book within a year of cancellation and use deposit paid towards the event based on availability.

 

**Rescheduling**

- Should you need to reschedule your wedding date, we will make every effort to accommodate the change without additional fees, provided that the new date is available and within the same year of the original date.

- Rescheduling outside of the same year  or multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional charges ranges from 20 to 50%.

 

**Force Majeure**

- In the event of a force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen, uncontrollable events, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

- If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any payments beyond the non-refundable deposit and fees amounting to liquidated damages.

 

**Refunds**

- Non-refundable deposits are required to secure your booking and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Please note that 50% of the estimated total is NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Please ensure that you understand all terms and conditions before making any payments. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us directly.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements will be made after consultation with the client.

- We collect personal information such as names, contact details, wedding date, venue location, and other relevant details necessary to provide our wedding services.

- Information may be collected through our website, email correspondence, phone calls, in-person meetings, or other communication channels. 

 

**Use of Information**

- Personal information is used to communicate with clients, plan and deliver wedding/event services, and ensure a personalized and seamless experience.

- We may use contact information to send updates, newsletters, promotions, or other relevant information related to our services unless otherwise specified by the client.

 

**Data Security**

- We take appropriate measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

**Information Sharing**

- Client information is not shared with third parties unless necessary to fulfill the contracted services (e.g., coordinating with vendors, venues, or service providers).

- Any third parties involved in providing services for the wedding will be required to adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards.

- Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and collect information about visitors' browsing behavior. Users can adjust their browser settings to disable cookies if desired.
